Our rates vary depending on the target and source languages, volume, technical specifications of the document(s), formatting requirements, and deadline.

Our staff of translators, proofreaders, and editors consists of native speakers of: Russian, Ukrainian, and English.

We have worked for diverse clients, large and small, from the United Nations to Fox News to individuals who simply need legal and medical documents translated. You can view some of our clients on the “About Us” page. We cannot reveal many of our clients due to NDA’s, but you have likely flown in a client’s aircraft, purchased a client’s agricultural end product in your grocery store, or you may have a credit card issued by our client in your purse or wallet.

We regularly work with many diverse clients: from large international conglomerates where our translation services are regularly employed in large projects of whom we are part of a team; to jobs for smaller companies and institutions translating websites, manuals, or academic presentations, and we do even smaller jobs for individuals as well particularly with translations of legal and medical documents. Every client receives our exacting attention to detail and accuracy.

Absolutely. We regularly sign NDA’s (non-disclosure agreements) with our clients to protect their confidential information, or to prevent anyone knowing that a client has even retained our services. But rest assured that even if we do not sign an NDA, the confidentiality, privacy, and security of your information is of utmost importance. All client jobs are stored on local storage not accessible via internet. No data is stored on “the cloud” or any remote server. We typically keep backups of clients’ jobs for a reasonable amount of time for your convenience before securely deleting all data. At no time is ANY of this data shared with or accessible to anyone other than our staff.
